CherryLedger is the coffee cooperative management platform — one ledger that tracks every delivery from the weighing bay to the farmer's payout. This guide walks through every screen and task, for every role, from the weighing clerk to the cooperative administrator.

From cherry to payout

The whole flow lives in one place: weigh deliveries → price the season → sell the coffee → pay the farmers, with advances, deductions and statements handled along the way.

What you can do

  • Weigh deliveries

    Record cherry weights from a serial scale or by hand, and print a receipt for each farmer.

  • Manage money

    Set season prices, issue advances, record deductions, and run payouts with a bank-ready export.

  • Record sales

    Log auction and direct sales and apply the realised price per kilo.

  • Control access

    Fine-grained roles and permissions, scoped by cooperative and factory.
