Member statements

A member statement is a PDF summarising a farmer's whole season: what they delivered, what it's worth, what they've been advanced, what's been deducted, and their net payable.

Permission required: REPORT_VIEW.

Generating a statement

From the Members screen, use a member's Statement action, pick a season, and download the PDF.

What's on it

• Deliveries summarised by produce, with kilos.
• Priced value using the season rate — labelled provisional or realised.
• Advances already paid and deductions owed back.
• Net payable — the bottom line for the payout.

Provisional vs realised

Before the realised price is applied, the statement shows a provisional value. After it's applied, the same statement shows the realised (final) figures.

Farmers' own statements

Members can view and download their own statements from the Farmer portal — no staff action needed.
